Each client’s requirements for contract cleaning are, quite understandably, unique. Therefore the first stage is a site visit and assessment to determine the specific needs. We are then able to produce an individual and exact quotation. Along with this documentation would be risk assessments, cleaning matrices and health and safety details.

Once the contract is awarded our key-account manager carries out a pre-contract site visit. Ongoing they are your individual liaison but on the first visit they will devise a detailed plan, negotiate any ongoing client-contractor communication and handle any TUPE implications from existing suppliers. The manager will take the opportunity, on this first visit, to give helpful recommendations and suggestions.

Cleaning Harrogate only employ operatives of the highest caliber putting all operatives through stringent checks: proof of I.D., address, nationality, reference checks and, where required, full CRB checks.
